Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened and within 30 days of purchase; please note that individual samples and clearance items are final sale.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked carrier; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
